I got this opener from a friend. I think it has been around for ages but I have modified it a little...
The opener is called: Is kissing cheating.
Instead of thinking of an opener as line by line script that you have to run, think of openers as themes! A subject you can talk about that you are more or less well versed about. You can always add to your opener based on the responses you get... and you should always keep tweaking it and try not to use the same opener all the time... switch things around so it becomes fun for you.
So here is the opener.
"Is kissing cheating?" Opener

This gets the girls talking in sexual vibe already, it is really fun and easy to deliver.
If a girl is dating a guy and goes out and makes out with another girl is it cheating?
If the girl says NO -"Ohh you must be party girl then... what do you have like eleventeen boyfriends?"
If the girl says YES - "You looked like the relationship type"
Then say... if a girl kisses another does it makes her a lesbian?
Then say (jokingly) - what if a guy goes out and makes out with another guy does that make him gay?
Ohh so then there is a double standandard???
If a girl asks why do you ask? Just say... I was talking to my friend and this came up...

"Hey, do you think a sloppy makeout is cheating?"
Then tell a story about how your buddy's girlfriend got really drunk and madeout with a guy and he's gonna dump her for it and how you think it's bad but maybe not bad enough to breakup. You can also talk about how it might mean deep down she already wants out of the relationship. I like to even go into a role-play with the girl and ask her "So if we were seeing each other and you went out and had some sloppy tongue-y makeout would you want me to stay with you?" Then i'd make jokes about how i'd make her wait two weeks to kiss me to see if any sores developed and i'd point to her lips and tell her "hey, actually I think there's one coming right now!"
